Esen Pamir Karagöz
General Manager
Pamir Karagöz started her professional career as an auditor in 1998 and held various positions in Citibank Turkey's Consumer Banking between 1999 and 2008, including Strategy, Sales, Wealth Management.
In 2008, she was appointed as a senior executive responsible for Premier Banking and investment products at Barclays Emerging Markets' Dubai regional office. At Barclays, she led new market entry strategies, product development, customer value management and strategic channel management in 14 countries, including Russia, United Arab Emirates, India, Indonesia, Egypt, Pakistan, and African countries.
Between 2011 and 2012, she served as a senior executive responsible for wealth management; sales and marketing of investment, insurance and mortgage products in United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Qatar during Mashreqbank’s restructuring process.
From 2012 to 2015, she served as the Director responsible for strategy, marketing, and business development at Deloitte Turkey. Between 2015 and 2018, she served as the Executive Vice President responsible for Retail and Wealth Management at QNB Invest. Since February 2018, she has been serving as the General Manager and Board Member of QNB Invest and Board Member of QNB Finans Asset Lease Company. As of March 2024, she is appointed as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of QNB Digital Assets.
Since 2018, Pamir Karagöz has been serving as a Board Member and Audit Committee Member of the Turkish Capital Markets Association and since 2020, she has been a Board Member of the Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Agency. In May 2024, she was elected as the Chairperson of the Board of the Turkish Capital Markets Association and was also appointed as the Deputy Chairperson of the Board of the Central Securities Depository & Trade Repository.
Pamir Karagöz is graduated from Middle East Technical University Business Administration and she has an MBA in Business from the University of Chicago Booth Business School. She also has a leadership program certificate from Harvard Business School.
Soner Küçük
Executive Vice President, Retail and Wealth Management
Soner Küçük started his professional career as an assistant specialist at Ata Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in 1997.
He worked for QNB Invest between 2000 and 2003, and Garanti Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 2003 and 2006. Joining QNB Invest as a Director in March 2006, Mr. Küçük was appointed as the Izmir Branch Manager in 2008.
Having sustained his position as the Group Manager for Sales Management under the QNB Invest Retail and Wealth Management Department between 2015 and 2018, he served as the Director of Retail and Wealth Management between 2018-2019. Mr. Küçük was appointed as the Executive Vice President of Retail and Wealth Management Department under QNB Invest as of February, 2019.
Soner Küçük graduated from the Finance Department of Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Özgür Uçur
Executive Vice President, Corporate Sales and Research
Started his professional career in 2005 in Oyakbank's Corporate Banking department.
Mr. Uçur, who started to work as an analyst at QNB Invest in 2006, continued to work at this position until 2011 and provided research services to foreign investors for their investments in Turkish companies.
He worked as a senior analyst at Yatırım Finansman Securities between 2011 and 2013 and returned to QNB Invest as a senior analyst in mid-2013. In 2015 he was appointed as Group Manager responsible for Research and then became Director in 2021. He has provided services for many foreign and domestic investors and participated in international and domestic roadshows since 2006. Between February 2022 and May 2023, he has been the Director in charge of Corporate Sales and Research. And as of June 2023, he was assigned as the Executive Vice President in charge of Corporate Sales and Research.
Özgür Uçur has a Business Administration (in English) degree from Istanbul University and also a Master's Degree in International Finance from Bilgi University.

Mehmet Erdem Muratlı
Director, Treasury, International Markets and Digital Channels
Erdem Muratlı embarked on his career at the treasury department in investment industry in 2006. He has been specialized in the field of Forex and International markets since 2008. He took charge in the establishment of the forex department of a foreign intermediary institution upon the regulation of forex market which is known as leveraged trading in Turkey.
Erdem Muratlı served as an author in various printed publications throughout his term of office in capital markets, while joining several TV programs as a speaker. As of September 2020, he continued his duty as Director responsible for Digital Channels and International Markets unit at QNB Invest. Overseeing forex and international market products. As of May 2024, he continues his role as Director responsible for Treasury, International Markets, and Digital Channels at QNB Invest.
Having studied at Marmara University, Erdem Muratlı earned his MBA degree (English) in Capital Markets and Finance from Bahçeşehir University with a scholarship.

Erdinç Kapucuoğlu
Director, Information Technologies
During his undergraduate studies, he worked as a part-time software developer at Tübitak and started his professional life as a software engineer at Havelsan in 2004. Taking the position of operations architect in the Deposit Operations Architecture team of IBTech, a subsidiary of QNB Bank, in 2006, Erdinç Kapucuoğlu has worked as the team leader in this group from 2009 to 2013. He switched to IBTech Project Management Office as Project Manager in 2013 and worked in projects such as Cash Management, EDW, Collection, Individual and Corporate Loans, Treasury, and Call Center as Consultant Project Manager till 2018.
Taking office at QNB Invest as the IT Group Manager in 2018, he continues to work as the IT Director as of February 2022.
Erdinç Kapucuoğlu graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University in 2004.

Deniz Karaman
Director, Enpara Invest
He started his professional career in 2014 in the Portfolio Management and Analytics department at Enpara.com, the digital banking application established within QNB Bank. In 2020, he was appointed as Senior Data Scientist to the QNBEYOND department, which includes QNB Bank's innovation laboratory and acceleration program. In this role, he took part in many innovation projects, especially the bank's digital assistant Q.
In 2022, he established the Growth team within QNBEYOND and became the Growth Lead. He provided growth support to start-ups in the bank projects and acceleration program. In 2023, he was appointed as the Growth & Enpara International Strategic Planning Lead. In this role, he took an active role in Enpara.com's expansion strategy in different countries in the region and digital bank establishment projects.
As of May 2024, he was appointed as Director in the Enpara Invest department established within QNB Invest.
Deniz Karaman completed his undergraduate education in Mathematics at Boğaziçi University in 2011. He then completed his master's degree in Financial Engineering at Boğaziçi University and his PhD in Finance and Banking at Kadir Has University.
Can Alagöz
Director, Research and Investment Banking
Can Alagöz is a graduate of Tarsus American College. He completed his undergraduate studies through the joint diploma program in Business Administration between Middle East Technical University and the State University of New York, and received his Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Boğaziçi University.
Alagöz began his professional career in 2010 at QNB Finansinvest within the Investment Advisory and Portfolio Management team. In 2013, he transferred to the Research Department as an Analyst. He conducted research activities focused on domestic equity markets and global markets. Since his tenure as an Analyst, he has participated in meetings with domestic and international investors and attended roadshows in Türkiye and abroad.
In 2021, he was appointed Group Manager of the Research Department. In this role, he carried out initiatives covering the management of research activities, development of investment strategies, participation in market seminars and conferences, and enhancement of research services and products through artificial intelligence tools. As of July 2026, he serves as Director of Research and Investment Banking at QNB Invest.
